2016 was a magical year for us, we left the UK, moved to Australia and along the way managed to tick off 12 new countries! It was really hard to narrow all the incredible experiences we had down to just 10 but somehow we managed to and can't wait to share them with you all! 2017 will be a different year of travel for us, we won't be ticking off 12 new countries as we're now living Down Under but look forward to visiting at least 12 new destinations in Australia and can't wait to share all our Aussie adventures, both luxurious and adventurous with you! We're also moving into our own place in a few months and can't wait to show off our humble abode and also share all the details of our upcoming WEDDING and honeymoon!
Bursting with Wanderlust, Luxury, Adventure, Travel tips & Inspiration it aims to inspire you to travel and see the world.

During our years living in the UK Dan would always talk about how he wanted to get a hammock when we moved to Australia. A few months after we landed back in Oz we started exploring the local area on camping trips and whilst I am more of a luxury traveller, I don't mind the odd camping trip as long as we camp in comfort! I decided to surprise Dan with a hammock and did a lot of research into the various ones on the market before I stumbled across West Coast Hammocks on Instagram. I instantly fell in love with the gorgeous colours and designs of their premium quality, handmade luxury hammocks! Their mission is to supply Australia with the finest quality hammocks available and to "preserve Australia's laid back lifestyle." In addition each hammock is hand crafted by skilled weavers from Thai hill tribes, resulting in one of the most comfortable and high quality hammocks available and also providing these villagers with much needed employment.

It's been a couple of years since I've worn a watch and so when JORD Wood Watches recently reached out to us for a collaboration and giveaway I had one look at their beautiful watches and happily accepted! JORD Wood Watches are made from 13 unique types of wood from around the world including bamboo, zebrawood, maple, rosewood and olive and are completely different and unique from any watch I've ever seen. I love that JORD state that their watches are for "telling more than time". They say that "the value of a watch is not in being able to tell how much time has passed, but in being aware of the need to make that time count. Moments are bigger than minutes and your watch should tell more than time". I absolutely love my stylish and sophisticated Cora Zebrawood & Rosé and haven't taken it off since it arrived!

I had a few luggage issues on my recent trip in Europe and found myself struggling to find a decent replacement as I dragged a suitcase with a broken wheel through the Balkans. Thankfully I reached out to Osprey in the UK and they were more than happy to arrange to have one of their amazing Meridian 75 suitcases sent to our hotel in Turkey. I've spent the last few months travelling with my Osprey Meridian 75 and can safely say that it is the best luggage I've ever had. Osprey's mission is to create innovative high performance gear that reflects our love of adventure and our devotion to the outdoors, and their Meridian 75 ticks all the boxes and more!
