Hotel Parsifal has an exciting, interesting history dating back to is origins as a convent built in 1288 by the Augustinian friars. The Mansi family in 1948 converted it into Hotel Parsifal, an absolute gem in Ravello with only 17 rooms and beautiful gardens and terraces that provide it’s guests with the most magnificent and breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast, mountains and sea. The family have retained part of one of the original cloisters in the hotel which is is a beautiful way of respecting the original purpose of the building and really enhances the hotel. It is wonderful to see history all around you! Hotel Parsifal is a three star hotel that provides the service of a five star hotel along with five star views. Every modern comfort is provided for you enjoyment including Sky TV and Wi-Fi.
The hotel has 17 rooms that comprise of standard, superior and deluxe rooms. Each room is spacious, has an ensuite bathroom, TV, safe, toiletries and minibar. The four deluxe rooms have also been recently renovated providing ever comfort. The superior and deluxe rooms provide stunning views overlooking Amalfi Coast, with the standard room offering views over the inner cloister, gardens or the vertiginous Valle del Dragone. Our standard room was well furnished, classically decorated, spacious, clean and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our views out over the gardens were beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Parsifal.
The Raffaele Restaurant and Cloister Bar at Hotel Parisfal provide mouthwatering delicious classic and Mediterranean cuisine for its guests, showcasing traditional specialities from the region. The restaurant offers the most stunning of views across the Amalfi coastline. It is essential you book a table for dinner – the restaurant is very popular with guests and locals alike! From the moment we walked into Hotel Parsifal we were welcomed with open arms by the lovely Mansi family. They run the hotel in the most professional, helpful and friendly manner and truly go out of their way to ensure their guests have an incredible stay at both the hotel and in Ravello.
Hotel Parsifal is located in Ravello, a beautiful and charming town situated high above the stunning Amalfi Coast. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, a perfect location offering you the convenience of the town within minutes and also a peaceful, relaxing stay. Only a short yet windy bus ride from coastal Amalfi it is known around the world for its history, vertical terraces, architecture and relaxing, peaceful atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of the towns along the coast.
